I've been terribly remiss about updating this blog. Life stuff (in my case: grocery shopping, packing all my things to move and then not moving at the last minute, aquiring a cat, traveling, meditating, spinning in circles both literally and figuratively, writing music, painting, meeting amazing people and getting to work/hang out/collaborate with said people, laundry, coffee dates, reading, etc) tend to get in the way a lot and I overlook the little things. Like blogging. Because I kept telling myself "who even reads blogs?" Then realizing that I do...that it's a great way to stay in touch with all the amazing, wonderful people that are hard to stay in touch with on a daily basis in a more intimate way (I'm talking out of Facebook and beyond the Twittersphere). All those cool connections we make on this twisted, crazy, incredibly fun ride we call life are worth keeping, however fragile and fraying they may be at times. But, take this post as a general apology for ignoring all of you wonderful people who actually read this and put up with me!
Also, I'm committing to consistency. For now, at least. Meaning, I will be posting more often. I think. I hope. Unless that pesky life stuff gets in the way again.
