Obviously, I
love to take pictures. In fact, I take
pictures of anything—ask anyone who knows me. I have stopped dead in my tracks to take pictures
of clouds, reflections in doorknobs, graffiti in the streets, strangers, anything really. I'm one of those obnoxious people who will stop a dinner to photograph the presentation of the food. However, my favorite subject has to be
children. They are so honest in front of
the camera, so unafraid of how they may appear to the outside world, it’s
refreshing and inspiring—and well, it makes my job ten times easier. Kids are natural models, each and every one
of them. Just ask any parent. They are discovering the world and each interaction
is magical and full of spectacle. It
makes for some great moments, easily captured on film.
